The SCAT Safety Cap IV, GL45, 4 x Absperrhahn is a hermetically sealing safety cap for safe HPLC solvent supply on laboratory bottles with GL45 thread. 4 capillary ports enable clean routing of solvent tubing directly to the HPLC system. The installed air valve opens under vacuum and provides controlled, filtered air intake into the bottle. The integrated shut-off valve allows safe disconnection or blocking of individual lines. This reduces solvent vapors, improves occupational safety and optimizes laboratory processes in analytics, chemistry and pharma.
