SymLine – The Intelligent Piping System for Safe Solvent Disposal
SymLine is the modular piping system for the centralized disposal of liquid solvent waste. Multiple workstations – such as HPLC systems, laboratory fume hoods, or other filling points – can be easily and safely connected to a central collection system.
Whether retrofitted in existing laboratories or installed as an integral part of a new laboratory: Thanks to its modular design, SymLine adapts flexibly to your requirements. Together, we develop the optimal solution for your laboratory environment.
Maximum safety for people and the environment
Safety is the top priority with SymLine. All conductive plastic components are grounded and suitable for equipotential bonding in accordance with TRGS 727. This reliably prevents electrostatic charges and thus potential sources of ignition – a crucial contribution to safe working in the laboratory.
We also set the highest standards for pipe connections. Our specially developed pipe fittings withstand a tensile force of at least 400 Newtons and ensure a permanently secure and leak-tight connection. This minimizes the risk of leaks and reliably protects people, the environment, and the laboratory.
Well-designed construction for a safe disposal circuit
The SymLine design ensures optimal liquid flow within the piping system. All lines are designed so that liquids continuously flow downhill from the smooth pipe end into the threaded connector. This ensures reliable and safe transport of solvents to the collection point.
Modular planning – customized implementation
SymLine consists of a wide range of perfectly coordinated components that can be flexibly combined.
System planning begins with the appropriate filling units – such as funnels, HPLC connections, or funnel basins. These are connected to the piping or hose system via benchtop feedthroughs and safely routed to the central collection point. Our proven Safety Waste Caps serve as the interface between the piping and the collection container.
Various solutions for fill level measurement and monitoring are available for convenient process monitoring. This allows you to keep track of the status of your collection containers at all times and increase the operational safety of your laboratory.
