Details

The DURAN laboratory bottle with 10000 ml and GL45 thread is a storage bottle for large-volume provision of HPLC eluents, solvents and laboratory chemicals. The clear glass enables direct visual inspection of the fill level. The round design and GL45 thread integrate into typical HPLC supply systems in analytics, chemistry, pharmaceuticals and research. The 10000 ml volume addresses workplaces with high solvent consumption, where longer refilling intervals are desired. Compared to smaller storage containers, this format reduces the frequency of manual interventions in ongoing operations. Transport and handling of the filled container must be planned in advance in the laboratory workflow at this size. Manufactured from DURAN borosilicate glass 3.3, the bottle has high temperature resistance and very good chemical resistance. The GL45 thread enables screwing on a matching Safety Cap and thus contributes to low-emission media supply. The cap and pouring ring are included in the scope of delivery. The 10000 ml format is aimed at users with continuously high solvent requirements, where frequent bottle changes would interrupt laboratory operations. Clear glass and the supplied pouring ring support orderly handling in everyday laboratory use. The GL45 thread makes the bottle an integral part of closed HPLC supply systems.
