The SCAT Safety Cap I, GL45, preparative 4.00 mm OD is a hermetically sealing safety cap for safe HPLC solvent supply on laboratory bottles with GL45 thread. One capillary connection enables clean routing of the solvent line directly to the HPLC system. The mounted air valve opens under negative pressure and ensures controlled, filtered air intake into the bottle. The prepared connection design facilitates quick integration of existing tubing systems and supports stable analytical conditions. This reduces solvent vapours and contributes to safe, clean and reproducible HPLC operation.
