Details
The stand base for two space-saving canisters is a stainless steel accessory for the orderly arrangement of waste containers in the HPLC and chemical laboratory. It accommodates two space-saving canisters simultaneously and stabilises them at a fixed location. The stainless steel design is engineered for daily use in the laboratory environment.
Space-saving canisters are preferably used where multiple waste streams arise in limited floor space. With the stand base, two containers can be positioned side by side in a defined manner without the canisters shifting relative to each other. This is practically relevant when different solvent waste streams are collected in parallel and a fixed assignment of containers at the workplace is desired.
With dimensions of 141 × 130 × 200 mm (W × H × D), the stand base fits into typical laboratory workstations. The two receptacles hold the space-saving canisters in a defined position. Stainless steel is mechanically durable as a material in laboratory operation and can be cleaned if required.
The stainless steel stand base complements the disposal system for space-saving canisters with a stable two-canister arrangement. Two canisters can thus be operated in an orderly side-by-side configuration on a permanent basis, which supports plannable replacement intervals in laboratory routine.
