Details
The space-saving canister with 5 litres and S50 thread is an HPLC waste container for solvent disposal and the collection of liquid laboratory waste in HPLC and chemical laboratories. The housing is made of PE-HD electrostatic conductive. An integrated float enables level control directly on the container.
With a width of 65 mm, the space-saving canister is suitable for workplaces with very limited space. The 5-litre volume is designed for compact HPLC setups where shorter replacement intervals are deliberately planned. Multiple canisters of this design can be arranged side by side in a space-saving manner.
A matching Safety Waste Cap can be screwed onto the S50 thread; together with an activated carbon exhaust filter, this creates a closed disposal system that reduces emissions directly at the container. PE-HD electrostatic conductive supports equipotential bonding when handling flammable liquids; the necessity results from the hazard assessment. The dimensions of 65 × 405 × 335 mm (W × H × D) define the space requirement.
The float indicates the fill level and facilitates plannable replacement intervals. PE-HD electrostatic conductive is the defining characteristic of this canister and is used when the hazard assessment for flammable waste mixtures requires an electrostatic conductive design.
