Details

The DURAN laboratory bottle with GLS80 thread and 500 ml volume is a storage bottle for the provision of HPLC eluents, solvents and laboratory chemicals in analytics, chemistry, pharma and research. The amber glass design is the distinctive equipment feature of this variant. The GLS80 thread determines which Safety Cap can be screwed onto the bottle. At 500 ml, the bottle is aimed at workplaces with limited space and manageable solvent consumption. More frequent refilling intervals are deliberately planned for, such as at compact HPLC systems or with regular changes of mobile phases. The wide neck opening of the GLS80 standard facilitates direct filling and removal. The material DURAN borosilicate glass 3.3 offers high chemical resistance, temperature resistance and a long service life. A matching Safety Cap can be screwed onto the GLS80 thread; this creates a low-emission, closed supply system for solvent provision in the laboratory. The round design with GLS80 thread makes the bottle directly usable within closed HPLC supply systems. Amber glass characterises this variant and is the visible design feature. Cap and pouring ring are included in the scope of delivery and enable use without additional procurement.
