The DURAN laboratory bottle with GL45 thread and 5000 ml volume is a storage bottle for the provision of HPLC eluents, solvents and laboratory chemicals. The amber glass version identifies this item within the DURAN laboratory bottle family and distinguishes it from clear glass variants of the same type. With 5000 ml capacity, this laboratory bottle is designed for higher media consumption and longer refill intervals. Areas of application include HPLC solvent supply as well as the provision of laboratory chemicals in analytics, pharmaceuticals, chemistry and research. The GL45 thread is widely used in these fields and determines which Safety Cap can be screwed on. DURAN borosilicate glass 3.3 offers high temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance and a long service life. This laboratory bottle combines the amber glass version with the classic round design. Cap and pouring ring are included in the delivery. A screwed-on Safety Cap forms a closed supply system together with the bottle, which contributes to reducing solvent vapour exposure in the workplace. The amber glass version enables quick visual differentiation from clear glass stocks in shelf operation. The 5000 ml capacity requires appropriate care when moving and filling in the laboratory routine. The supplied pouring ring supports controlled removal.
