The SCAT narrow-neck bottle with a 1 liter volume and GL45 thread is made of robust HDPE and is suitable for the safe storage, supply and handling of liquids in the laboratory. The break-resistant plastic material is chemically resistant and provides a practical alternative to glass bottles, especially for frequent handling or mobile applications. Thanks to the standardized GL45 thread, the laboratory bottle is compatible with suitable SCAT Safety Caps and other laboratory connectors. The UN-X approval enables the safe transport of suitable hazardous substances in accordance with applicable regulations.

The SCAT narrow-neck bottle with 1 litre capacity and GL45 thread is a PE-HD laboratory bottle for supplying HPLC eluents, solvents and laboratory chemicals in analytics, pharmaceuticals and research. The 1-litre format corresponds to the standard volume for HPLC eluent supply. PE-HD offers a break-resistant and chemical-resistant alternative to glass bottles, particularly where frequent handling or mobile applications are required. The bottle is used wherever solvents and chemicals must be handled and stored safely. Typical areas are analytical laboratories, pharmaceutical laboratories and research facilities. In combination with a GreenLine Safety Cap, the PE-HD laboratory bottle is suitable for PFAS analytics. The GL45 thread enables the screwing on of matching SCAT Safety Caps and supports low-emission solvent supply in laboratory operation. The square base of 96 × 96 mm allows an orderly, space-saving arrangement of multiple storage bottles side by side. The dimensions of 96 × 212 × 96 mm (W × H × D) fit into standard laboratory work surfaces. The UN-X approval identifies the bottle as a design-tested dangerous goods packaging. Whether a specific solvent may be transported in this PE-HD bottle must be checked in accordance with the applicable transport regulations and the requirements of the waste disposal contractor.
