SCAT Safety Waste Caps are hermetically sealing caps for the safe disposal of solvents and HPLC waste. The SCAT exhaust filter with three layers of activated carbon binds vapours from solvents, acids and alkalis. This ensures safe pressure equalisation and the earthing connection provides additional safety at work. Safety Waste Caps with thread B83 / 83B fit on round canisters e.g. from NALGENE.
